Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pup to love every King + Kaynine piece. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Final sale items, clearance items, personalized or custom orders, and worn or used items are not eligible for return.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at barkline@kingkaynine.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1 business day.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items. For all other returns, a prepaid label is provided and the cost is deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We offer one free exchange shipment per order for a size swap on the same item, subject to availability.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
